Reduced book-off occurrences by 29% the first year and 37% the following year.

2012 to 2015:

Employee Onboarding and Engagement Coordinator for Western Canada

Assisted employees through their 24-month engagement and onboarding process. Exported data from SAP, Employee Dashboard, Training Management and Employee Training from internal CN systems. Produced numerous reports into excel spreadsheets, including pivot tables, graphs and charts.

Independently produced new Onboarding Training Guides and Employee Relocation Packages which explained and eased the relocation process for our new employees.

Scheduled onboarding reminders for management to connect with their unionized employees, this fostered contact with management and new unionized employees.
