WORK EXPOSURE

RECRUITMENT & HIRING

●Conducts preliminary interviews, testing and reference check.

●Evaluates psychological test results.

●Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements.

●Prepares appointment paper and 201 files for all newly hired employees.

●Participates in campus recruitment/job fairs.

●Drafts and finalizes layout and text of placement ads.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

Government

●Ensures that all pertinent information regarding new employees are submitted on time to SSS, BIR, Pag-Ibig Fund and Philhealth.

●Approves SSS sickness notification and reimbursements, maternity notification and reimbursements, change of status/additional dependents, and loan application.

●Coordinates with SSS to follow up loan application status of employees.

Company

●Ensures that all employees due to be given company benefits are enrolled for coverage on time (HMO, Insurances, etc.)

●Sources various HMOs for comparison and reviews proposals to make the necessary recommendations for the company to utilize the most competitive yet cost-efficient service provider.

●Approves the Annual Physical Examination for covered employees by coordinating with the HMO contact person/s.

Salaries and Wages

●Monitors and prepares the necessary documentation for personnel movements (e.g. transfers, change of titles and promotions).

●Monitors and updates the CEO on the monthly employee roster.

●Monitors, on a regular basis, the minimum wage for Manila and other Regions to make sure that no existing employee falls below the minimum wage rate.

●Reviews and audits the payroll summary prepared by the HR Assistant which covers deductions incurred due to tardiness, leave without pay, under time, and ensures the correct computation of overtime.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

●Monitors employees due for appraisal as per Company schedule.

●Validates the scores made by DMs/RMs/BMs.

●Coordinates and communicates with respective heads-of-department as to the schedule and evaluation; answers inquiry that may arise on the appraisal system.

EMPLOYEE/LABOR RELATIONS/PERSONNEL SERVICES

●Represents the company in all matters pertaining to labor cases in NLRC.

●Issues out Inter-office memorandum and announcements to all employees.

●Investigates employee relations cases that may arise and prepares memorandum to erring employees following the due process as mandated by law.

●Takes charge in company activities like Company Outings, Christmas Party and other activities.

●Leads the HR Team in conducting company orientation and company tour to newly hired employees.

●Reviews/validates the updated leave availments of employees posted by the HR Assistant on Leave Control Cards.

●Monitors the exit clearance being routed for resigned/terminated employees.

ADMINISTRATIVE

●Monitors the safe keeping of all records pertaining to suppliers: office supplies, drinking water, etc.

●Monitors and keeps track of the office equipment inventory of the Company.

●Ensures that pantry items are available for employees at all times.

●Ensures that the necessary permits needed by the Building Administration for items being brought out of the Company premises are prepared and coordinated.

●Monitors the daily activities of the cleaner, driver and messenger.

●Prepares circulars/memoranda to all Departments concerned

FIELD SALES

●Visit, Coordinate and Organize Book Table Display

●Responsible for preparing proposal letters

●Prepare monthly target sales

●Prepare budget per extension project

●Responsible for any other field work, eg.: Renewal of permits, etc.

●Reserved cashier

●Prepare fast seller every 23rd of the month
