JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
To check front office shifts run efficiently. Prepare duty roster for all front office staff and daily attendances.
To check cleanliness of Lobby, public area. As well as Front Office staff Grooming.
Handles all VIP Guest Interactions and check VIP arrivals & departures on daily basis. Assist, Great and treat with them.
Handles team work and Coordinate with Housekeeping Department and notify all check-outs, Late Check-outs, Early Check-ins, day use Rooms and Special Requests.
Handle guest complains, provide right information to the guests and maintain good Public Relations.
Authorizes charges for late check-outs or Early Check-ins. Approved and sign for allowance and discount.
Cash handling, Night Auditing and Run Daily Reports. Maintains a balanced bank assigned by the Hotel.
To responsible for Front Office Operation during the absence of front office manager.
