Coordinate and conduct kick-off meeting with Client and Design Teams to review the project scope of work, establish a budget, BOQ and tender packages.
Manage tender process- Prepare and Issue tender packages to general consultants/contractors.
Review and evaluate tender returns technically and commercially and prepare full tender evaluation report in accordance with technical and commercial requirements of project
Prepare post tenders summary from General Contractor to review and assist in negotiating the best trade and cost for projects and assist in contractor appointment.
Review project contract and assist the contract team with inputs in the contract. POST CONTRACT STAGE.
Prepare and review contractor procurement submittals ensuring project compliance are maintained and followed.
Attend and assist in regular scheduled site meetings throughout execution duration, review and resolve any discrepancies and maintain records of project progression and report to internal and external project teams.
Manage all Site Instructions and Change Notices affecting the contract, prepare and review project variations and assist in finalizing the variations and close out of contract scope. CONSTRUCTION STAGE:
Working on takeoff Quantity calculations & Estimations for initial budgets, monitoring and keeping track of the same based on the actual execution
Checking bills of all the contractors and making payment certificates for the same. After certifying the billed quantities, deducting security deposit and mobilization advance if applicable.
Releasing the ADHOC payment certificate in case the billing procedure takes time
Keeping track of all the progress payment evaluation
Preparing preliminaries expenses work orders as per site requirements
Preparing monthly cost over review report, preparing cash flows based on the progress of work and expenses incurred
Maintaining details received from site engineers for project closeout with final inspections and snagging
Working on rate analysis for verification of contractors quoted rates
Collecting the quotations from the respective vendors and preparing the comparative statement and placing the order for the materials on the basis of purchase requisition by the way of Purchase Orders.
Prepare & update prices of basic materials, products & equipment for prequalified list required for the future evaluation
Preparing material procurement schedule as per the site requirement and client /architects’ approvals and specifications
Preparing monthly reports based on the data received from different engineering departments like HVAC, MEP, Construction, landscaping etc.
