• Responsible for the income of the Hotel.

• Review all rebates and allowances and ensure they are properly authorized and to report all deviations from prevailing policies and procedures.

• Verification of sales from Rooms, Food and Beverage and other Operational Departments and rectify any discrepancies.

• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of daily revenue and statistics report.

• Post all transaction in the revenue and allowance journal and any adjustments after sales receipts are confirmed.

• Verification of all Food and Beverage discounted checks are justified, properly recorded into POS system and to prepare utilization report for management.

• Ensure compliance to all control and system procedures and document all processes and identify errors for cash handling.

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with the rules and regulation such as terms and condition of the Company in regards of Account and Finance Department.

• Preparation and administration of Daily Revenue Report.

• Ensure all payment received must balance with the Income Audit report.

• Ensure all billing are in sequential order.

• Check on complimentary and house use report.

• Check on General cashier report & spot check cash float.

• Organize and maintain all billing files and provide support to all charges.
