Projects and Special Interests

Atrial Fibrillation - evaluation and management

Dysautonomias - evaluation and management

Echocardiographic AV Optimization of implanted cardiac devices – evaluating its role in preventing decompensation of cardiac conditions such as CHF for the purpose of preventing readmission

Application of medical analytics to available medical data to allow the delivery of preventive care prior to the necessity for an readmission/hospitalization. Worked in collaboration with companies such as Medtronic and IBM. This methodology would also allow medical care to be provided in remote areas of the world where specialty services are not currently available. 2009 to present

Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy – working with Cardiotropic Labs and Charite Hospital Berlin, Germany to research the etiology of cardiomyopathy currently labeled as idiopathic, for the delivery oof more accurate and expeditious care P a g e 7 12
