Leverage expertise in bedding industry to open The Sleep Squad; built company from ground up recognizing industry shift from traditional brick-and-mortar to click-and-mortar model. Took vision from concept to 2 retail stores with 10 employees and $1.25M in annual revenues; design and implement all business and product strategies.
