I am currently employed at Eskom Grootvlei Power Station, as Administration Officer to Procurement and I am the PA to the Procurement Manager. All aspects of her daily schedule are managed by me. My duties include Document Control for the Procurement Department as well as all the confidential documents for the Tender Committee. I also make all the Low Purchase Orders
(LPO’S) in our department. I work on SAP, Hyperwave and G drive. I manage various meetings i.e. Squad Check, Toolbox, Work Team Sessions, Clarification and Negotiation meetings for tenders and contracts as well as other meetings as requested, Agendas, minutes.
