Working as a Stores Officer in M/s. CGR & Co,Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh, doing Roads & Civil Projects, since Feb’18 to till date.
From March’2016 to Jan’2018 has been doing granite slabs business at Ongole, A.P., India.
From December’2009 to January’2016 associated with M/s. Al-Hassan Engineering Company SAOG, Muscat, Oman, doing Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Projects in Oil & Gas, as a Store Keeper.
From January’05 to December’09 associated with M/s. IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd., Hyderabad, doing Civil, Power, Irrigation & infrastructure Projects, as a Senior Asst. Store Keeper.
Coordination, Documentation, Reporting and Controlling
Co-ordinate with department head to order the consumables, tools & safety material.
Co-ordinate with other on-going projects for the required material availability to reduce the inventory.
Follow up with purchase department for LPO and supplier to deliver the material on time.
Managing and checking / supervise the storage/preservation of material which received at site.
Preparing Goods Receipt Note’s (GRN) and forwarding to Accounts Department.
Arranging store logistics according to the instructions of the Project Manager.
Arrangement of material inspection at site in co-ordination with the QAQC personnel after receiving the material with relevant documents i.e., TC, MTC & MSDS as per PO terms & conditions.
Initiating claims against vendors for shortage material and non-conformity material with the relevant purchase order.
Giving feedback to site management with updated information regarding the materials availability at site and delivery forecast of material to support the construction schedule.
Managing free issue materials and reconciliation of the same to various subcontractors in accordance with subcontract.
Updating records about the handling of materials, using corporate software system (ORION).
Updating records of surplus materials for possible sale or deployment to the other site after completion of job.
Undertake perpetual inventory management for all the high value items at site and report to site manager for necessary action.
Preparing monthly inventory report for the material receipts, issues, non-moving items list for immediate reduction of site inventory.
Interactions with various internal departments i.e., QA/QC, Procurement, Logistic, site execution team, HSE & plant department for the smooth material deployment up to the completion of project.
Ensure HSE policies strictly at store premises.
Preparing scrap disposal as directed by the project Manager.
Good exposure in ERP system (ORION) & Tally-9
MS office, Outlook and Internet
Obtain Higher Grade certificate in English Typing
