Executive Support

Help companies adhere to record retention policies, safeguard information and retrieve data more effectively and ensure filing systems is maintained accurately. Scan, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company’s document life cycle with the records retention schedule procedures and archive inactive records. Control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence & maintain electronic data system and filling system and responsible for the distribution.
