Extending full administrative support to the Director -Sales and his team in their day to day working.

Maintaining and scheduling Director / Executive VP’s calendar.

Taking dictation and its transcriptions

Screening of telephone calls

Travel management: Arranging of Visa, Flight tickets, hotel reservation, cab booking etc.

Dealing with foreign principals when they visit India and coordinate their entire business meetings with clients
