As marketing manager, my duty was to coordinate and manage the sales and introduction of renewed range of Digital Imaging Papers, now including coated and uncoated digi papers. On Demand Digital Papers, Inc. – Partner in new start-up business/Vice President Building a paper converting plant, 4 production lines for “extreme” digital paper range including synthetic printing medias. Production plant running 24/7 employing total of 18 workers. Very focused on digital market rapid expansion – serving the market place with fast changing demands.
Close co-working formula with OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers), developing new products. Sales channels to both; direct larger customers and through paper merchants. Worked with European and US per mills for raw material purchases.
Created several digital paper brands. Spokesperson in seminars and exhibits. Presence in all trade-shows and events. Carried responsibility of: volume, strategy, pricing, new business development, allocations, product management, training, and advertising while still maintaining focus on sales and customer management. Roth Lighting – Property Management and LED light sales – Fort Lauderdale, FL 22,000 square ft lot with 9,500 square ft building. Maintenance and building improvements, landscaping, and renting the building in sections. Rent collections for all 6 sections/tenants. Currently running LED lights business down; getting the building empty of the $500,000 remaining inventory. Owner of the business (Roth LED Lighting) and the property owner, Mr. Maurer, moved permanently to his luxury resort in Costa Rica, leaving me to clear business inventory.
During and before building management I sold LED lights for last 7 years for the same company Roth Lighting in Fort Lauderdale/Davie, FL holding company – Thermal Concepts – Davie FL). 2016-Present
