Check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation and ensuring precaution.

WORKING AT HEIGHT

Check weather workers are using safety harness. If the are working at/above 1.8Mtrs. Height ineria reel/feel arrester used while moving at height.

RADIOGRAPHY

Coordinating with personal involved in radiography.

Check all stairways, passageways and gangways kept free from materials and obstruction of any kind should be removed.
