Mapp Distributors
With the companies I worked with I guided the whole process, created and approved research, which was actionable to create products and results were provided actionable feedback for iterative refinement, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
*Alondra’s Cuisine - Orchestrated a comprehensive usability study utilizing both SurveyMonkey and Typeform to gather qualitative and quantitative insights. Additionally, I spearheaded a virtual study engaging 30 participants to evaluate food order fulfillment timelines and overall user experiences. Collaborating closely with product teams, we ideated and crafted wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and prototypes within Figma for both the mobile app and website, which were later finalized using Adobe XD and Wordpress, respectively. Leveraging Facebook and Lookback, we elicited feedback through an in-app social link, facilitating a deeper understanding of user responses. Analysis of the data revealed a significant 18% surge in sales and a remarkable 31.2% enhancement in customer retention during the third quarter of 2023. *Jaclear, I led the User Experience design team in overhauling the packaging design for its Action C product. Employing journey mapping techniques, we meticulously documented potential customer interactions, gathering direct feedback through five focused Zoom sessions with small groups. Additionally, a comprehensive survey, completed by over 300 respondents, reinforced the insights gleaned from our Zoom discussions. Presenting a compelling case for product redesign, we leveraged Sketch for initial testing and created heat maps to discern both positive and negative aspects of the packaging. Our analysis guided us in formulating targeted responses to address the most significant issues identified through analytics. The subsequent product launch exceeded all five benchmarks set for 2022, notably achieving a reduction in weight to lower shipping costs and a remarkable 36% decrease in damaged package deliveries, showcasing the tangible success of our design efforts. *Infatuation Apparel, I led a team in conducting user study research, fostering collaboration with the Design team via Stack to refine color schemes, spacing, and typography across the site. Leveraging key influencers, we solicited direct feedback from crucial customers regarding site redesign and delivery timelines. Implementing a before-and-after survey strategy, we gauged customer satisfaction with site navigation, resulting in an impressive 4 out of 5 approval rating across all tested metrics. Furthermore, I utilized Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere, to launch the client's polished product, underscoring our commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
