I’ve never re-applied
I’ve had numerous short term ‘retirement’ jobs in sales.
My practice was domestic relations and criminal in Colorado. I tried, at least, 100 Permanent Orders and 50 Temporary Orders hearings. I have a large library of motions, separation agreements, and many CLE practice books from seminars. I practiced primarily in Arapahoe and Denver, although I’m familiar with most of the older judges in Jefferson, Douglas, Adams, and Boulder. I had a number of cases before Angela Arkin when she was on the bench. I also prepared wills and handled a number of complex estates, civil tort litigation, understand tax and employment implications regarding the domestic side of divorce, and real estate considerations. I would like to get back into practice in a year or two. I believe I would be an asset to the firm. I require no medical insurance.
I need some brushing up on WORD and spreadsheets/charts/graphs.
