Direct the work activities, training and professional development of a 15 plus employee staff providing inpatient and outpatient medical services to a community of over 150K residents. Manage hospital training, leadership development and human resources programs. Provide continuous training to staff members to ensure compliance with HIPAA, Patient Bill of Rights and Joint Commission: Accreditation, Healthcare, Certification (JCAHO) standards. Oversee front office, patient reception, electronic health records management, medical screenings and patient flow. Managed and Supervise the Warrior Resiliency and Recovery Center (WRRC) which includes Neuropsychological Services, Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metric and a Sleep Lab.
