i was responsible for making all of my houskeepers weekly schedules, assigning each of them rooms to be cleaned with their times to be done, giving them breaks, inspecting the rooms they cleaned, entering all information into the computer and on graphed paper and keeping in contact with front desk to let them know what rooms was ready to have guest put into, i had to cover any houskeeper that called off on any day, and made sure all of my workers including the laundry person was doing exactly what they was assigned to do while doing a great job and always making sure to treat all of them kind and with respect.
