The Western Union Speedpay is an electronic payment service offers billers a solution to accept one-time and recurring electronic checks (ACH Payments), Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PIN-less ATM transactions from their customers. Customers can make a payments through a variety of convenient channels, by either speaking to the Customer Service Agent(CSR) who enters the payment into our extranet application, Calling our Interactive Voice Response unit(IVR) and entering payment information with the mobile or telephone, accessing the Internet where customers logon to a website to make their payments, sending mobile phone text messaging(SMS) to the biller and reviewing and paying electronically both traditional online bill statements or more cutting-edge, emailed bill statements that are delivered to a customer’s inbox(both are referred to as Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment(EBPP)).
All of these interfaces are highly customizable they can be tailored according to the biller’s marketing standards and business rules, and/or they can be branded according to the Western Union’s standards.
