Greet guests, visitors and customers. Answer phone calls, note messages, handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person. Act as ‘first point of contact’ and a real gatekeeper for the CEO.
Schedule and plan complex calendar of appointments, meetings, events and conferences by issuing information/invitation, arranging facilities on video/audio conference for the CEO with corporate customers, regulators and internal management.
