Assisted with recruiting and hiring process for all groups. Implemented

residential soft skills training. Developed phases one/two training for

commercial field hires. Constructed and implemented field-hire training

for hard/soft surfaces. Designed and implemented customized field-hire

training session for newly hired territory managers with no previous floor

covering experience. Modified training as necessary to meet changing needs

of sales organization.
