If short sale offer is made, would follow up to make sure all required documents are received before forwarding to a closer. If customer requested a DIL, would order evaluation of property and title from Attorney and forward to closer to follow up. Also take inbound calls from customers who can no longer afford their mortgage and/or not eligible for or unable to afford a temporary modification and discuss exit options available. Also trained any new hires that have come to work in the department. Have ranked in the top 5% - 10% of department goals on a monthly basis which include monthly bonuses and recognition. Closer Short Sale and Deed in Lieu Dept

Job Duties: Completing Short Sale and Deed in Lieu’s. On the Short Sale file’s I would review all the documents and determine if the offer is beneficial to the company. If the offer is good I would follow up with the realtor and the title company to ensure that the Short Sale closed. On the Deed in Lieu’s I would review the title report to ensure that it is clear of any judgments or liens. If the title is clear, I would follow up with the home owner until they vacate the property and sign the documents.

Loss Mitigation

Job Duties: Contacting customers in our Consumer Lending portfolio who were anywhere from 1-120 days past due and negotiate appropriate resolutions. Worked pre assigned accounts daily and skip trace customers whose whereabouts were unknown.

Temporary work assignment as a Recruiter’s Assistant.

Job Duties included reviewing resumes for consideration of employment, contacted eligible candidates for a phone screen interview, scheduled managers for daily interviews, and processed all required steps once potential candidate was recommended for new hire, which included running all background checks. Conducted and participated in job fairs with HR Recruiting team. I also prepared a monthly PowerPoint presentation for the Department Manager of the recruiting dept which included the month’s previous numbers and goals that had to be met.
