While working this position was given several roles resulting in advancement within the company. Worked in this capacity as Front Desk backup, Database Administrator, and Security Specialist. Promoted in 2007 as Telecom Manager. Within a two year span my technical support skills improved resulting in a promotion as End User Support Technician. As an End User Support Technician my responsibilities includes supporting 1000 globally based employees including 60 in-house office users at the Philadelphia location. • Migrated all Regional users from AT&T to Verizon Wireless. In 2011 migrated all 300 regionally based employees from AT&T wireless air cards to Verizon air cards.

• Managed moving all IT equipment from our Morrisville, North Carolina location to the new location in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This included working with the company infrastructure team in reconnecting the file/print server and configuring WiFi access.

• Manage WebEx accounts and support

• Provided primary IT support for 18 sites for personnel who uses office equipment offsite for clinical trials.

• Serves as Fire Safety Warden for the Philadelphia site responsible for evacuating the office in case of emergency Create User Accounts (Active Directory)
