While working this position was given several roles resulting in advancement within the company. Worked in this capacity as Front Desk backup, Database Administrator, and Security Specialist. Promoted in 2007 as Telecom Manager. Within a two year span my technical support skills improved resulting in a promotion as End User Support Technician. As an End User Support Technician my responsibilities includes supporting 1000 globally based employees including 60 in-house office users at the Philadelphia location.
