Major Projects: Implementing various Insurance packages across North America. Managed the transition at Farmers of all email from Lotus Notes to Outlook.
Managed all day to day activities across multiple projects concurrently, including the allocation of work for up to 200 people, with project budgets ranging from $5M to $34M
Managed various cross functional teams while delivering new Insurance products to multiple states, over multiple implementation windows. Work included liaising with Government Agencies where necessary to remove any obstacle to implementation
Project lead for all change & communication activities for the company transition from Lotus Notes to Outlook. This included overseeing the creation of all training materials, implementation plans, scope control etc. Project role changed to being overall project lead with a project team of up-to 35 people, with multiple vendor relationships to manage.
