Duties are as followed: Open front desk reception area, communicate often with Kastle System to ensure that building fire panels and doors are secure and safe, deliver morning newspapers to designated suites, patrol parking garage levels P1, P2, & P3, (6) stairwells, (2) fire exits and (1) side door entrance, meet, greet, and assist all staff, couriers, and visitors. Obtain all visitor and courier ID cards and record data onto excel spreadsheet, monitor CCTV camera daily, submit a Daily Activity Report (DAR) to the building managers and assist the Chief Engineer as needed. Prepared and overlooked time sheets that are submitted at the end of the pay period to ensure that hours are correct and are sent to the general manager.

Security Officer/Front Desk Assistant
Duties are to prepare both kitchens by restocking and wiping down of the kitchen, all interactions are logged into our DAL (Daily Activity Log), check all visitors in by scanning their ID cards into Passage Point so that they are issued a temporary visitor's badge, answer multi-extension telephone lines and route callers to the right person(s). Send and receive all UPS, Fed-ex, Parcel, and courier mail. Deliver and receive general mail. Light faxing and copying of documents minor memos.
Securitas Security Services - Dumbarton Oaks Security Services 12/12 -7/13
Duties consist of the observation of three man buildings: Command Center where I watch various cameras and acknowledge alarms that are set off in our Library and Main House. At the main house duties are to answer the telephone, assisting the public as needed, assisting staff as needed, watching the priceless artifacts that are located within the Main House. The Library where there are priceless books all staff members must scan there cards to insure that we know who is there in the facility at all times, fellows, readers and docents bags are checked every time when exiting the library. Readers check their bags into lockers because readers are not allowed to bring food or large bags into the library when they are researching.
Convergenz, AARP – LTC Ombudsman Office, Washington, DC 7/12- 11/12
Daily office functions are as followed: Check and record OMB Hotline voice messages three times a day, answer and/or forward hotline calls to the appropriate Ombudsman, process volunteer reimbursements on a monthly basis, order catering, office supplies, perform mail merges in word when requested, organize conference room and meeting set ups, prepare monthly CURT report from Ombudsmanager database, prepare Units of Service Nursing Home Sign in sheets for monthly reporting, and assist other staff members as needed, light filing and editing.

Add measures for any homeowners who need replacements to A/C units, air compressors, and refrigerators I am the person who is responsible for seeing that these homeowners qualify.
