I have completed 15 days vocational industrial training in the 7th semester, during study of Bachelor of Engineering, from ESSAR STEEL Pvt. Ltd, situated at Hazira, Surat.

Work experience

1) From 10th May 2014 to 25th June 2015 in Ketan Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Mechanical supervisor, which is contractor of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. HAZIRA, SURAT. Mechanical department.

Responsibilities :-

•Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.

•Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

•Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.

•Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's

•instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.

2) From 1st July 2015 to 15th February 2016 in HR Group of Construction, Surat As a Piping Engineer at site of Larsen & Tourbo Ltd., Hazira, Surat,Maintain the Water treatment plant.

Responsibilities :-

•Maintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processes

•Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls,

•circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valves

•Prepare work orders for servicing and repairs

•Arrange for major repairs

•Inspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations

•Conduct inspections of mechanical, generators, electrical and other components and systems.

3) From 8th January 2017 to 10the April 2017 in STEEL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY in Doha,QATAR As a Piping trainee Engineer

Responsibilities :-

•Apporved drawing, Isomatrics for fabrication.

•Preparing the fabrication schedule according to priority.

•Preparing the spool pack for tracebility.

•Allocating the task according to the ability of foremans.

•Preparing the material request according to the requirement of spool.

•Inspect the pipes and piping materials as per specification.

•Visual inspection and receiving the materials from store.

•Resolving field problems and liaison client under the supervision of Mechanical Engg. And process Depts.

•During the fabrication activities visual inspection of pipes and all fittings,edge preparation,fit up of the pipe,welding quality of the pipe.

•Co-ordination with concerned person.during fabrication & erection.

•Planning & supervision of piping fabrication.

•Checking the daily progress report.

•Reporting to the construction manager regarding whole day production.
