Oversee production scheduling for over thirty different gypsum products used in construction industry, meeting delivery dates and maintaining smooth operations. Head ordering of raw materials required for production of over 90,000 tons of material annually.
Key Accomplishments:
Streamlined production schedule to run similar products in line with one another, minimizing downtime due to changes and increasing production from 675 tons monthly to 7,500 tons monthly.
Key contributor to development of quality control program which included creating standardized procedure manual covering individual product requirements, product testing, and product packaging.
