Development and Analyst Head 2015 –current

Role:

•Ongoing development and analyzation by adding new functionality to the system and continually improving the current functionality, and leading and assigning tasks to the development team and following up on their tasks on JIRA, mixing and applying best practice and the SMEs experience and researching.

•Supervising the billing and operation team(Ops) with solid hand on experience on the production operation support issue tracking and solving and documenting and revenue assurance(revenue collection, revenue control, revenue analysis…).

•Collect customer/stakeholder’s requirements and create High level/Low level system design Documents and statement of work.

•Analyzing the requirement collected and prepare the needed document out of it like User stories, use cases, BRD,RTM,FRS,SRS,SRD, Excel Matrices and Pivot sheets.

•Work in DevOps environment to improve the legacy applications continuously depend on the market need and the customer requirements using oracle PLSQL (packages, procedures, functions and triggers).

•Maintain the development on three environments (development, stage(testing), production).

•Design and develop ETL PROCESS using Oracle PLSQL (database packages, procedures,

functions, triggers, external tables, and Sql loader) and Java for the interface,

This process has been used as mediation and CDR loading and mapping to collect files from different sources and do the parsing ad drop the mapped data into another database source.

•With blulogix we used mix between Agile and waterfall methodologies to make things faster and more efficient by prioritizing the business functionalities that need to be done and divide them into phases and we used this approach even for the requirement hailing and as part of the development life cycles we used JAD sessions by involving all players even the customers SMEs and that mix gave the development life cycle a lot of rooms for improvement.

Analyst Role:

phones, plans, accounts, discounts, taxes, generated bill and invoices and reconcile the roaming invoices that came through the carrier with the generated invoices through the system.

•Responsible for Re-Engineering and migration plan for Worldcell Legacy system.
