I am adapt at carrying out a wide variety of design and development of projects, and can easily conceptualize new ideas as needed. I am relocating to Raleigh, NC on a

permanent basis at the end of July and came across your online job posting for a

Multi-Family Construction Project Manager and was greatly intrigued by it.

For the past four years, I have been involved in planning, designing and managing the

construction of interior settings for corporate offices and residential homes. I am adapt at directing all aspects of design projects from working with clients to determining the needs of design presentations, contract negotiations and project managing. In addition, I am adapt

at working with architects, engineers and subcontractors on design and installations.

Between my work and life experience, along with solid education, I am

certain that I am the right person for the job. I will be in town April 21, finalizing housing and school for my family and if you are available, I will gladly take the opportunity to meet and discuss the position in detail, however, I will be back at a later date.
