SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Turned Around Lagging Division, Delivering First-Ever Profits. Mastrad had not turned a profit in five years. Assumed Managing Director position and immediately streamlined processes, cut costs and reorganizing staff resulting in $1.4m in profits within first fiscal year.
Carried out the planned implementation of standard process procedures, negotiated new contracts and enforced quality control measures that significantly reduced production, customer service, fulfillment and inventory costs of over 31% with in first fiscal year.
Transformed Call Center into Profit Center. Customer service call center at Sylmark was an overhead drain. Reorganized and expanded department, developing and implementing aggressive up-sell and incentive program. Turned cost center into profit center, increasing annual revenue $6M+.
