Mental Health Professional
Trinity Counseling Center - Mandeville, LA - June 2009 to February 2016
• As a Mental Health Professional, I provided mental health services to children, adults, and the elderly. I held a caseload of 15- 20 recipients.
• I conducted psychosocial assessment and determine eligibility for Mental Health Rehabilitation.
• I was required to make weekly contact with dual diagnosis recipients and their families as well as linking individuals to resources in the community that were appropriate for their needs. Responsible for developing individual service agreement plans. I was required to make weekly documentation on the recipient’s individual goals and objectives based on their treatment plan.
• I worked with multidisciplinarpy team of doctors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Practical Counselors, and Mental Health Professionals.
