Developed the operations organization from company start up through the commercialization of our Forcespinning™ product lines and into volume production. Responsible for the product development vision, product scale up and technology development as well as manufacturing and infrastructure development. Together with the sales and marketing organization, developed the market and customer base for Forcespinning™ technology and helped established the technology as the preeminent method for producing nanofiber spun materials. Accomplishments include:
Developed the organization from a 5 person team to well over 40 employees.

Managed capital, infrastructure and overhead cost through three financing rounds and the company sale.
