Job responsibilities:

Inspection of cavity profiles by using Optical Blue Light Scanning machine and CMM Machine.

Making layout inspection format for new castings.

Inspection of casting components by using CMM machine (Mitutoyo -mcosmos V2.4).

Discussing inspection result with Manufacuturing team and Corrective action will be taken with manufacturing team for deviation dimn.

Joint inspection will be carried out with customers and get their approval for Tool Dispatch

Maintain calibration records for gauges and other inspecting instruments.

Maintained all necessary documents and records.

Visiting supplier and vendor places for audit their instruments and inspection methods.
