Maintenance and support of Domino web-based UI mortgage application tracking with MS SQL Server providing the back-end data.
Native JavaScript (JS) utilized to enforce entry of required fields of the online mortgage process.
JS use in order to route the application to the correct stakeholder for further action.
Developed a special custom JS library designed to lookup the closest HUD counseling offices to the applicant’s address by zip code. A JSON file from HUD is accessed by URL, retrieved and formatted as an addendum to the applicant’s mortgage providing the closest ten HUD counseling offices to their home.
