DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide contractual technical service and assist Client with problem solving support regarding Designing/applications/Chemicals in an assigned customer accounts.

Preparation of Process Design Calculations of water and waste water (sewage) to meet the effluent parameters as per the provided specification, standards and BOQ from client.

Selection and Sizing of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary treatment units (Screens, VGC, Clarifier, Aerobic Anaerobic and Anoxic Tanks, MMF, RO membranes, MBR, UF and ozone units etc).

Draw the projection for RO Plants on membrane supplier software like ROSA, TORAY.

Preparation of Drawings (P&ID, HLD, PFD), Process line sizing and

selection of pipe material, Valve sizing and selection for the process flow.

Float the RFQ of the Equipments to Vendors. Review the received offers and coordinate with the procurement department for material purchasing and delivery.

To assist Project Manager in organizing, controlling, monitoring and recording all project activities.

Preparation of Technical submittal for Electro-Mechanical equipment.

Control and monitor the project cost using Lync Software.

Preparation of draft PO for Electro-Mechanical equipment.

To establish/maintain/monitor document control logs, e.g. submittals, Purchase orders, and RFIs, SDRF, etc.

Regular Visit to the Project site and meeting with the consultant and client to discuss about the project progress.

Preparation of project schedule on MS office.

Preparation of Control Philosophy, Operation &Maintenance manuals of RO and STP.

Estimation of chemical consumption and utility consumption.
