The Claim Administration System used by AAA is Guide wire Claim Center. Claim Center is a web-based enterprise software application designed to manage the process of reporting, verifying, and making payments on claims against a policy. The application manages the claims process from first notice of loss through execution of financial transactions which includes payments and setting of reserves. This insurance claims management system also manages claims information and coordinates the claims process to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Exigen:
The Policy Administration System used by AAA is Exigen. The system serves as a single platform for administering the New Business and other policy processing services. The PAS Property Program will also leverage the enabling infrastructure implemented by PAS Auto such as Document creation, Customer master, and online billing in addition to any successful practices and lessons learned.
