Director of Enterprise Data Quality 2014-2017
Manage the development and process for the PIM application used for onboarding over 50,000 new items and 16,000 apparel styles a year. Safeguard integrity of the collected data by establishing business rules and corporate policies that support Omni-channel fulfillment and the e-commerce channel. Analyze, develop, communicate and enforce corporate data quality standards and policies.
Identified, developed and facilitated change management for the business process that governs data quality standards for the TRU Supply Chain. Worked cross functionally with technical partners to add development within the PIM tool to support new proprietary website. Managed two application releases per year.
Designed, staffed and implemented the company’s first Enterprise Content Management team with the goal of improving the Customer Experience online and in stores.
Project Manager of the “Fit for Growth” initiative that resulted in the outsourcing of 30 positions and the centralization of item management processes offshore resulting in annual savings of approximately $1M. Director- Supply Chain Transformation 2011 to 2012

Disparate item catalogs were severely inefficient, lacked governance and did not keep pace and support Omni-channel growth.
