Project Manager/Implementation Coordinator within the Contract Lifecycle Management Team. The primary initiative of this team was to enhance client contracting tools features & functionality and re-engineer business processes. My role was to remotely coordinate and manage the work of this team, to effectively communicate across many different functional organizations at various levels of management.
I effectively coordinated with 75+ members within 15 cross-functional working groups, each including personnel resources from IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing and Contract Management. These groups (Subteams) were geographically (nationally & internationally) separated.
Through individual effort, I developed and implemented a project plan document, the intent of which was to streamline timely execution and delivery procedures in order to effect on-time product delivery. Within 4 months of my employment I was able to affect the on-time delivery of the first product release for the CLM team since its inception. Therein after, all SW product deliveries were made on or ahead of schedule throughout the remainder of my employment.
The activities defined in the project plan involved the implementation of tasks focused on integration/coordination of the CLM team and implementing daily communication, assisting with schedules, dependencies & risks, as well as setting up & facilitating conference calls & providing weekly status updates.
