Joined iBasis, a global leader on voice and mobile services with 1.4 billion dollars in revenue, in 2009. Began my career here as Global Services Order Manager. Handled day-to-day customer requests for international service and access for voice and conference call platforms. Managed the expectations of order configurations, install, test and turn up. In addition to day-to-day duties assisted 24 x 7 NOC as Tier 1 support during efforts to reduce ticket volumes.

Using this valuable experience I moved to position as SIP Deployment Manager; this change used my technical knowledge to be directly involved in deployment of SIP voice traffic. Assist with coordination of network cost saving measures and network grooming for both TDM and IP, coordinating multiple projects for executive.

As business needs changed, I was tasked to Worked daily with international mobile operators such as Vodafone, Orange Mobile and America Movil to coordinate both 3G and 4G roaming agreements, confirming routing set ups and global titles dialing plans. Meeting or exceeding service level agreements for implementation. Provided second level support for trouble ticket resolution, working with NOC engineers and support teams.

Began my career as a Customer Support Specialist, coordinating and managing conference calls. As conferencing expanded became assistant team lead, managing a team of conference operators. Completed my A+ Certification to switch career path to the network team, I was promoted to Transmission Engineer. As a small two person team, we handled the order, install and capacity of the vice infrastructure. Trained as primary RespOrg SMS/800 contact, basic 5ESS certification for routing and well versed in test set use.
