Hotbox Sports – Haworth, NJ - A patented fantasy Sports Company 2011 – 2016 Chief Operating Officer / Co-founder

Co-founder of Hotbox Sports in 2007 and after growing to an enterprise level company was appointed a full-time position in 2011 as Director of Communications and Operations Manager. In 2014 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer to oversea the company’s growth which included: developing games for Real Madrid, 8 NHL teams, 1 NBA team, 1 Latin American media company and 13 staff members.

Key Responsibilities and Results:

w As COO launched an entry fee based game in partnership with Real Madrid which included a next generation user interface using player action shots as the interface, a one million dollar prize, a bi-lingual interface and mobile responsive design. w As COO was rewarded a GLI19 certification from Gaming Laboratories International which is the global leader in gaming and lottery testing. Hotbox Sports received the first GLI19 certification in the fantasy sports industry. w Crafted player rules and payout scenarios with Walsh Carter & Associates to secure 20 million in prize insurance through Lloyds of London.

w Drafted an Implementation Guide for clients, which included the New Jersey Devils, Real Madrid & MARCA. w Created a back end operations system for remote employees to access, which was used for game management & customer service.

w Created the Hotbox Sports Showcase, an online power point, for the Client Development Team to make early introductions easier & more professional.

w Responsible for marketing which included rotating homepage ads, the Showcase & email marketing campaigns. w Took a leadership role in the companies’ first private stock offering raising 15% of all capital. Acted in a Chief Motivating capacity to reach the fund raising goal of 400K.

w Worked with Winston & Strawn to craft the Hotbox Sports patent. In order to expand upon international operational experience from Wachovia Securities, joined Innovative Carpets as International Shipping Manager & Executive Assistant to Vice President. By 2007 was promoted to Operations Manager and the following year took on the position of Production Manager, assuming the responsibilities from the company’s President. Key Responsibilities and Results:

w Responsible for placing 6 to 10 million dollars annually of custom carpet and rug orders to factories located in Thailand, Egypt, England, and China for customers which included Ritz Carlton, Wynn Resort, MGM and Marriott. w Coordinated customer needs and sales force communication in order to work in close liaison with the company’s President to develop weaving plans based on architectural blueprints of ballrooms, corridors, and other public spaces. w Adapted internal operations to streamline production with foreign factories in order to maximize company profits. w Initiated an Installation Guide Book Program, which minimized the time the company’s President spent guiding installers. For European and Argentinean depository accounts of stocks, bonds & cash was the Custodial Bank Manager. Interfaced with brokers, traders, foreign banks and trade counterparties to ensure timely trade settlements. Key Responsibilities and Results:

w Responsible for trade settlement of between 20 and 50 million dollars per day by transferring stocks, bonds and cash to ensure trades were finalized between counterparties. Largest financially exposed desk in the department. w Assisted company employees with understanding all aspects of International Settlements. w Worked closely with programmers to set up a put through process of trade settlement by computerizing counterparty instructions.
