Project Focus: Materials Management.

The main aim of the project is to study the importance of efficient materials management in overall cost reduction of the firm. This study is also deals about all the functions of materials management which involves Sourcing, Purchasing, Inspecting, Receiving, Storing and Issuing of materials. In addition, this project also concern with the inventory control techniques.
