Manage and supervise the operation of Troop Three/Post D (Spartanburg County) which consists of thirty-five subordinates.
Conduct monthly meetings with county patrol personnel while reviewing laws, court rulings, operational policies, rules and regulations. Coordinate conferences, meetings or special events, such as luncheons or annual training.
Prepare schedules and work assignments.
Review all required activity documents and reports of patrol personnel for legibility, completeness and accuracy.
Audit summons tickets and inventory uniform equipment to ensure subordinates follow the standard operational procedures.
Primary Evidence Custodian; responsible for maintaining all seized evidence. Properly label, log in and ensure delivery to CEF (Central Evidence Facility). Collision investigation specialist; responsible for determining causes of collisions utilizing investigative techniques.
