Supervise a team of eight – three credit managers and five cash application specialists – supporting the entire company (approximately 80 stores nationwide and $200+ million in revenue)
Oversee the production and distribution of monthly customer statements, management of the cash application process and review of credit applications
Implemented a new technology solution to the monthly customer statement effort
Coordinate with senior level management and sales executives on customer contracts and perform final review of contracts prior to CFO approval

Consolidate and distribute monthly financial statements by store and company-wide
Analyze financial results and investigate variances in response to inquiries by Controller and CFO and others on the monthly financial statements
Administered corporate online banking responsibilities and coordinated with loan officer on company line of credit
