Responsible for all Quality Department functions at the Foundry, Machining, and Assembling hall
Manage Quality and Inspection team.
Elaborating a documentation based on company quality procedures.
Provide and oversee inspection activities for product throughout production cycle.
Document all inspection and testing in QC reports.
Work with the Factory Manager on process changes and necessary documentation (Corrective Actions, Production Instructions and SOPs).

Preparation of etching solutions and standard solutions used for chemical testing.

Reporting to utilities manager as lead in the operation, maintenance, improvement, upgrade factory utilities plants. Responsibilities include safe operating, problem identification, troubleshooting, and preparation of equipment for preventive maintenance. Water chiller.
All associated auxiliary pumps supporting the water chillers.
Water treatment circuit for feed water of chiller and the chemical additives to the circuit.
