Coordination with Consultant and get Approval of Work at Every Stage

Taking Approval of Material Samples from Consultant before Actual Purchase Take Place

Managing the Sub Contract and their Progress at Site

Actively take part in Quality Control

Conducting Project Progress Site meeting on Weekly Basis and Deciding the Corrective Measure

Review and Interpret Approval Drawings and Specifications to Ensure the Works are Being Carried Out in Accordance With the Drawings and Specification

Check and monitor Proper Handling of Materials and Utilization of Equipment

Check layout and Measurements to Ensure Conformance to Plans and

Specification Prior to Execution of Work

Monitoring and Supervision of Daily Work Activities in Accordance with the Contract and Technical Requirements
