Program: Application Development, Business Analyst and Systems Analyst – Manage 3 Applications and staff of Developers

Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with all lines of business, risk management, audit and external partners. Coordinate and assign daily responsibilities to staff; document progress of group to ensure quality and deadlines are met. Manage projects from Initiation to Post Implementation, adhering to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Compile project requirement documentation incorporating team tasks to ensure business and system requirements, while maintaining upstream and downstream functionality. Tightened security for clients and reducing risk to the firm by converting file delivery to the firm’s application for loan transfers from secure email to Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Analyzed and required updates to all downstream interfaces to adhere to company policy

Instituted process to secure and force password resets to all functional ID’s (FID’s) to ensure no human access to passwords. Reduced firm’s risk that a FID could be manually used to access applications or servers.

Performed lead responsibilities for Loan Transfers IT team in support of several businesses and IT integrated Audits. IT Audits resulted in satisfactory ratings; assisted Line of Business to remediate business procedures to satisfy business portion of the audit. Audit is bi-annual review of internal applications by internal Audit Team.
