Established a partnership with The Mac Guys an authorized retail sales and service provider for Macintosh computers. Business goal was to expand the business throughout Southern California with the expressed focus of opening an additional location in south Orange County. Earned various certificates and gained knowledge of the computer industry. Worked as a computer technician by troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing all models of Macintosh computers. Sold Macintosh and other computer products while answering questions and providing support to customer needs. Administered application support for customers with a variety of operating systems including Windows, Mac OS and Mac OS X Server knowledge. Provided product upgrades and application support to improve customer’s usage. Plans to open and operate new store in San Clemente, CA derailed by significant changes of economy.

Sept 05-May 07 Archstone-Smith, Tustin CA Assistant Community Manager Managed the operation of a large apartment property. Understood and managed the budget, coordinated vendors, implemented service agreements, inspected inventory and supplies. Monitored residents through their stay with leases, payments, rent increases, late payments, collections, evictions, tenant move-ins and move-outs. Coordinated all residential activities and functions to improve lines of communication and quality of residential life.
