I am pleased to present candidate Doug Clary for your current senior leadership role. Doug currently resides on the West Coast but is looking forward to an opportunity to relocate for the right opportunity immediately. His 30+ years’ successful experience in leading a channel based direct mail, digital document and brand management organization as President & CEO for a firm with multiple locations makes him a good fit for leading sales and operations business units. He is not your typical executive, but one that brings very diverse leadership skills to complement his background. I like his business acumen and high business intelligence for execution and feel that he has the ability to lead with the business savvy, financial acumen and professional polish that is expected for the senior executive positions. Doug is an experienced “hands on” senior executive with superior team building skills, who has led multi location operations on a national scale throughout his career. His leadership span included up to nine locations and 35 to 75 employees. Sales volumes ranged from $3 million to $25 million per operation. Doug brings a wealth of successful leadership and diversity to a Sales and Operations Executive opportunity through his leadership roles at Moore Wallace (RR Donnelley), his entrepreneurship roles at Intraform, Inc, his time served on various public commissions and Board of Director work for a $2B Regional Health Care System.

While at Moore Wallace, Mr. Clary was able to take the second lowest producing Region (Alaska) in the United States to one of the top five producing Regions in the United States in 3 years’ time by creating team building, cost control, strong client management interaction and best business practices and principles. His tenure in the Nevada region enabled him to double the number of sales offices in the Region and grow Gaming and Healthcare sales by more than 50%. His tenure at Intraform, Inc. enabled a startup business to rise to one of the top 30 Direct Mail, Digital Document, and Brand Management Distribution firms in the United States with offices in California, Arizona, and Nevada as reported by Print Solutions Magazine. A major key to the growth of that business was his philosophy of attracting employee excellence, maintain high standards and goals, provide proper tools, delegate responsibility, give sound decision making authority, and reward for success.
