Extensive monitoring of VPs emails, many highly confidential acting on as required

Diary management discussing with VP on a daily basis to capture any changes etc

Maintaining Outlook contacts updating as required

Arranging and booking intricate International travel itineraries, using company travel system

(Concur) or offline UK travel team when required always backing up with hard copy of all

aspects of the trip just in case of technical glitches

Ensuring visas are in place and arranging if required

Scheduling airport drop off/pick up for VP and VIP visitors

Being the gatekeeper with regards to meetings and phone calls always announcing to VP

Scheduling local and international conference calls, prompting so no meetings are missed

Organising internal & external meetings and all logistics that go hand in hand

Organising delegations visits for our overseas customers including preparing agendas,

arranging hotel accommodation, transport etc

Monitoring VP direct line holiday requests, entering into Outlook calendar once approved

Compiling detailed monthly expenses using company expense system (Concur)

Solely responsible for organising the company Christmas Party for up to 190 people

Assisting with the arranging and running of Annual Global Distributor Symposium

(week-long event) in addition being the point of contact for Board of Directors wifes,

booking transport, restaurants, advising of local places of interest booking as required

Travel point of contact for UK office, trying to resolve any staff travel issues/queries,

escalating to travel company/Travel Director as and when required

Negotiating hotel rates/contract with our Corporate hotel on an annual basis

Managing Reception and 2 part-time Receptionists including performing annual appraisals

and organising temporary staff during holiday times.

UK Point of contact for our US Executives assisting with logistics when they visit Salfords

When I am not outside, I love to practice/improve my culinary/baking skills on my friends and family.

My latest challenge to myself is trying to complete couch to 5k.!
