Project involved providing 24x7 Production support to the Siebel business users and Environment support across the globe in order to maintain high availability of the production environment. At Lexmark, we have a strategic UNO application consist of three modules (i.e) Sales, Services and Call Center. Lexmark Siebel service system is used by call center agents to check warranty on printers and to provide service over the phone and through emails. Sales representatives use Siebel sales application to work on opportunities, plan campaigns and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
24/7 production support and handle production support calls.
