More effective processes were put in place which allowed the department to double the number of files submitted.

Lien Management:

Audit monthly aging reports and ensure timelines for lien execution and reconciliation are met.

Make inquires with outside attorney’s offices regarding overdue payments.

Utilize the following software to accomplish these specific tasks: Access, Excel, Word, Nextgen, PMP, Google Drive for reporting.

Oversee operations for a $2.5 million-dollar Lien Department.

Arbitration & Project Management:

Developed generalist's knowledge of arbitration law and insurance law to effectively manage the department.

Arbitrate cases in coordination with an outside attorney's office.

Responsible for reports including monthly aging, high balance, arbitration reconciliation, hearings and decisions, weekly discharge, proof of mailing, tasking and payment posting.

Designed updated filing systems and implemented more effective procedures for arbitration files, paperless processes and secured file sharing.

Supervise the maintenance of organizational databases, archives and administrative files.
